第52届格莱美奖泰勒·斯威夫特(Taylor Swift)获得年度专辑等四项大奖

第52届格莱美奖今日中午结束，泰勒·斯威夫特（Taylor Swift）凭借去年专辑销量冠军《Fearless》获得格莱美分量最重的年度专辑奖（album of the year），并同时获得最佳乡村音乐专辑，最佳乡村音乐女歌手，最佳乡村音乐歌曲等共计四项大奖，完美地结束了自己的首次格莱美之旅。
